Wine:

Rated 94/100 by our Selection Committee, the 2020 White Condrieu Les Bronettes offers a superb balance, perfectly enhanced by a measured maturation in barrels and tuns, with very little new wood. Fresh and fragrant, it is a wine of great finesse, and we appreciate its touches of apricot, bergamot, in a precise and slender palate. A beautiful Condrieu wine to be enjoyed today with goat cheese or poultry.

Vinification:

Manual harvesting, traditional and parcel-based vinification. Vinification (alcoholic and malolactic fermentation) and maturation 50% in wooden tuns of 30 hectoliters and 50% in Burgundy barrels without racking, for 8 months on lees.

Color:

Bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Perfume of bergamot underlined by notes of apricot.

Palate:

Fresh and delicate, this wine delivers a fragrant and refined palate.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Aperitif, baked fish.
