A model of refinement, the 2020 Red Hermitage La Maison Bleue brings Syrah to its highest level of expression. The perfect maturity, the balsamic, pepper and violet notes on the nose, enchant with purity and finesse. The material unfolds a palate of great dimension, with volume, tenderness and a completed concentration. A masterpiece of finesse and power, a great bottle to be carefully aged. Hand harvested, de-stemmed and lightly crushed, extracted by daily pumping over, aged for 15 to 18 months in French oak barrels (20% of which are new) and in concrete eggs.Color:
