Wine:

The 2020 Red Vin de France Syrah Les Collines offers very well-defined aromas of black cherry and pepper, making for a charming, supple wine with a concentrated palate. The whole remains very accessible, remarkably vinified, which gives a very beautiful representation of the Syrah grape variety. A Selection Committee Favorite rated 92+/100.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

Color:

Bright red of good intensity.

Nose:

Gourmet aromas of black cherry mixed with a fine peppery note.

Palate:

Round and full-bodied, this wine with a charming palate is a beautiful representation of Syrah.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
