Vinification:

Manual harvesting and sorting of the berries. De-stemming and crushing of the grapes with regular temperature control. Bottled at the estate.

Intense dark red.

Spicy with pepper aromas, expressing a beautiful maturity of grapes.

Palate:

Precise and well-balanced, this wine reveals a solar palate, with silky and velvety tannins and a beautiful balance with a harmonious finish.

Serve at 16 to 18°C.
