2020 Red Cibelle is an accurate wine of great mastery. It is a very pure bottle, with aromas of stone fruits, juicy cherry and licorice, that follow in a palate of great elegance. This well-balanced red wine, without excess, is already very pleasant, dominated by its flavors of fruit; and can be paired with roast poultry or a veal rib with rosemary. A wine to discover without delay rated 93/100, a Selection Committee Favorite!

Hand harvested, short vatting time, 6 months maturation in oak barrels for the Syrah.
