Vinification:

Hand harvested. Natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Aged in 500-litre oak barrels for 12 months.

Intense, brilliant garnet red.

Palate:

Fine tannins reveal a medium-bodied structure with flavors of macerated dark berries, all leading to a long, enduring finish.
