Grown on granite terraces and aged without any oak, the 2020 Valais Humagne Red is a wine of remarkable purity, freshness, and finesse, with beautiful floral overtones. This delicate, lightweight Valais variety recalls the elegance of Burgundy Pinot Noir, with its silky, enveloping texture and notes of rose, raspberry, and gentle spice. Located on granite terraces at an altitude of between 400 and 800 metres in the Canton of Valais. Pre-fermentation maceration and punching of the cap, no filtration. Matured in vats.
