A blend of Grenache and Syrah, the 2020 red Lirac Trinité is an intense and deep wine promised to a long aging of ten years and more. We appreciate its spicy and fruity character, its dense and full body, its long saline finish; it is a concentrated and sappy wine, of good balance, with a lot of freshness and enchanting garrigue flavors. To be enjoyed decanted with spicy veal filet mignon or lamb chops. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.Vinification:
Hand harvested. De-stemming and crushing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation at a temperature varying from 24 to 28°C during 15 days. Aged in concrete tanks for 9 to 12 months.Color:
