Once in our warehouses, the bottles are repackaged in packaging imagined, designed and manufactured in France by us. All the packaging is tested and manual assembly has been privileged for the best quality possible.

STORAGE FOR 30 DAYS IN OUR WAREHOUSES

This free service allows you to store your orders in our temperature-controlled warehouses, so that they can be grouped together to reach the free shipping costs. The maximum duration of storage is 30 days from the first order for which this service is used. This defines the storage expiration date.
However, you can trigger the shipment of your wines at any time by going to "My Stored Orders".

DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT

Choose delivery with appointment!

A message ( by e-mail or text message) will be sent to you by the carrier. This message will inform you that your order has been sent to the delivery agency. The number of the agency will then be sent to you. It will then be up to you to contact the agency to make an appointment for the delivery.

PICK-UP POINTS

When you place your order, you can also choose to have it delivered to a pick-up point near you: the extended opening hours of our network of partner stores allow you to pick up your parcels at the time that suits you best: early in the morning, in the evening or even on the weekend...

Once the pick-up store has received your order, you will receive an email and a text message to inform you of the availability of your package. Don't forget to bring your ID for the pick-up.
