Wine:

The Champagne Armand de Brignac Brut Rosé, with its notes of wild berries and red fruits, brings out the best in the black grapes of Champagne. Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims in particular is aromatic and powerful, giving it energy and a powerful structure that's perfect for poultry with truffles or sea bass tartar. Each bottle of Armand de Brignac is covered by a delicate film of metal, onto which the polished pewter label is hand-inserted. Rated 90/100 Parker, 92/100 Wine Spectator and 95/100 Jancis Robinson.

Originally created in the 50s by Nelly Cattier, the Armand de Brignac brand was resurrected in 2006 by the Cattier family, to whom it belongs.

Now the embodiment of modernity in the Champagne region, Armand de Brignac's style and bottles stand out from the crowd. The bottles designed by André Courrèges, decorated with an ace of spades and plated with gold or silver, have seduced the whole world and made its reputation. This ostentatious style has not forgotten quality: the house is known for blending three different vintages in its cuvées, and a gourmet, accessible style that is perfectly executed.
