Wine:

Crafted in a demi-sec style, Rosé Ice Impérial by Moët & Chandon was specially designed to be enjoyed over ice or in cocktails. It stands out for its vibrant fruit intensity—think red berries layered with hints of summer fruits—along with its generous palate and refreshing lift. Lively and fruit-forward, it finishes with a subtle, refreshing bitterness that adds structure and energy. Serve it chilled over ice with a splash of Aperol for a bright, playful twist on Champagne.

Vinification:

Made from a blend of Pinot Noir (45 to 55%), Pinot Meunier (35 to 45%) and Chardonnay (5 to 10%) + 20 to 30% reserve wines.
