Wine:

Tasted a little over a year ago and very lightly dosed, the Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne captures all the graceful momentum of the Chouilly terroir. Its delicate, abundant effervescence offers a highly engaging, refined, regular bubble. The fresh nose of citrus fruit and toasted brioche opens delicately; the pure, lively, fresh structure follows the same classic register with natural tension. The slight bitterness on the finish and the saline note provide just the right persistence, perfect for the start of a meal.

Vinification:

Hand harvested.

Disgorged 02/2022.
Low dosage - Brut.

Color:

Intensely golden, brilliant with an abundant effervescence of fine, regular bubbles. A string that never ends!
