Wine:

The Brut Carte Jaune Champagne is a wine of great depth, rich and intense, dominated by Pinot Noir, with a brioche-like and slightly toasted aspect contributed by the reserve wines and a small portion of wines aged in foudres. This emblematic cuvée from Champagne has an undeniable vinous character, perfectly balanced by significant freshness; it possesses energy and maturity, embodying everything that defines a great universal champagne.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, traditional champagne vinification. Composed of Pinot Noir (50 to 55%), Chardonnay (28 to 33%°) and Pinot Meunier (15 to 20%). Blend of Reserve wines: 30 to 45%, produced from grapes of 50 to 60 different crus. Aged on laths for a minimum of 3 years in the chalk cellars.
Dosage : 10g/l.

Nose:

Pure with fruity flavors of peach, pear and mirabelle plum, vanilla and brioche notes.

Palate:

Powerful and fresh, this Champagne, with an impressive structure and a complex aroma, reveals a generous and vinous body with a long and expressive finish.

Serve between 8 and 10°C.
