Aromas of red and black fruits create a fresh, perfectly digestible juice, with a structure that's both concentrated and elegant. A 100% fruit-driven cuvée, it boldly embodies the Languedoc identity, where finesse, freshness, and lightness unite. An accessible triumph for all. Rated 91/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, vatting for 20 days in temperature-controlled vats. Aged for 9 months in old barrels and stainless steel vats.

Color:

Intense, brilliant purplish red.

Nose:

Rich, full-bodied aromas of red and black fruits, underlined by floral notes of peony and rose.

Palate:

Juicy, full-bodied and velvety, this cuvée offers great concentration, freshness and delicacy.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
