Wine:
The 2021 white Pouilly-Fumé Terres Blanches opens with superb energy, carried by beautiful, stimulating bitters. The very pure, fresh citrus nose is punctuated by a touch of minerality; the palate offers tension, natural acidity, a hint of smoky stone, with a touch of bitterness, leaving a delightful chalky sensation on the finish. A marvel to be aged for 10 years. To be discovered in Magnum format!Vinification:
