Set on delicate exotic notes, the 2018 white Alsace Grand Cru Riesling Furstentum develops a beautiful palate amplitude with a magnificent saline and juicy dimension. These pure, limpid flavors form a chiseled, spicy wine whose vigorous constitution and harmony draw a singular personality, with outstanding persistence. Superb with roasted prawns or goat's cheese. Vinification:

Hand harvested in 40 kg crates. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation. Aged on fine lees, then filtered before bottling.

Ripe and fresh, with spicy aromas of cardamom and white pepper.
