Wine:

The 2017 White Les Agrunelles from the IGP Pays d’Hérault is a great white from Languedoc. A delicate and fine wine that you simply must taste at least once in your life. The aromas of fennel and biscuit blend in with a refined and delicate palate of impeccable balance. An irresistible wine rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vinification is done in whole bunches and in demi-muids for a period of 6 months. Wine from Organic Agriculture, certified.

Color:

Bright light yellow.

Nose:

Aromas of sponge cake punctuated by a hint of fennel.

Palate:

Delicate and pure, this ideal wine is completely irresistible!

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Seafood platter, celery root soup, grilled pork chops with apricots.
