Very pale, the 2021 IGP Ile de Beauté Orso Rosé wine offers itself with delicacy around fresh, acidulous and light aromas of fruit. This is a very pleasant rosé, with a finish that stretches out over fine bitters; a wine that is best enjoyed as an aperitif with raw fish or fine cured meats. The star of your summer!Vinification:
