Wine:

Very pale, the 2021 IGP Ile de Beauté Orso Rosé wine offers itself with delicacy around fresh, acidulous and light aromas of fruit. This is a very pleasant rosé, with a finish that stretches out over fine bitters; a wine that is best enjoyed as an aperitif with raw fish or fine cured meats. The star of your summer!

Vinification:

Mechanical harvesting at night, direct pressing and cold stabilization.

Vegan wine, certified.

Color:

Very pale rosé, light salmon.

Nose:

Fine and pure underlined by a touch of granny smith, citrus, red fruits and spices.

Palate:

Fresh and delicate, this rosé is fine, light and acidulous with a fine bitter finish. It is best enjoyed as an aperitif.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
