Braised beef filet, lamb and almond tagine, pheasant salmis, roast venison.

Until 2025 and more for enthusiasts

Near Saint-Estèphe, on a beautiful mosaic of terroirs mixing limestone, clay, and gravel, Château La Cardonne nurtures its distinctive personality. The old vines, planted by the Domaines Barons de Rothschild, now produce generous, tasty, and invigorating wines in the purest Medoc style.
