The 2018 White Grand Enclos du Château de Cérons Graves is a superb Bordeaux white wine. The combination of Semillon and Sauvignon strikes a satisfying balance of purity, finesse and energy. Notes of vine flower and white peach, and citrus mingle nicely in a rich and fresh palate. It is a real pleasure to taste, a nice concentration of fruity aromas, of great refinement. A bottle of style and elegance!

Vinification:

Manual harvesting, fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, 8 months maturation in barrels and stainless steel tanks.

Pale and bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Aromas of white peach, citrus and vine flower.

Palate:

Both full-bodied and fresh with a concentrated fruit, this very elegant wine offers a pure, fine and balanced structure.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Seafood, shellfish, creamy white meats.

Nowadays, it continues to produce top-of-the-range wines in perfect Bordeaux style, walking the fine line between power and balance with panache.
