A favorite of the Selection Committee with a 94/100 rating, the Brut Champagne Les Galipes de Solange showcases a wonderful dynamism and lovely fruity and floral nuances. This cheerful and perfectly balanced bubbly is ideal as an aperitif, pairing well with gougères or salmon gravlax. With its abundant class and elegance, this champagne is a must-discover! Vinification:

Manual harvesting, with both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations conducted in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks.
The wine is blended with reserve wines also stored in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, large casks (foudres), and barrels, followed by 24 months of aging on lees and an additional 3 months of rest after disgorgement.
Dosage: 7.5 g/l.

A gold-yellow of beautiful intensity with bright golden reflections.

Vanilla and floral honey aromas unfold into floral and fruity notes.

Palate:

Generous and balanced, this cuvée presents us with a champagne that has a dynamic profile with fine and lively bubbles.
