A blend of Mansengs and Petit Courbu, the 2022 white Jurançon Sec Tauzy reveals beautiful minerality with restrained aging. This is a very young wine that could benefit from decanting to better unveil its delicate fresh pineapple aromas. Exceptionally pure, it unfolds a delicate, extended, and elegant structure, embodying the lively character of Jurançon. A model of its appellation, expertly managed, it's best enjoyed over 6 years and beyond. Rated 93/100 by the Committee.
