Wine:

Delicate and fine, the 2019 Red Saint-Joseph has beautiful aromas of smoke, blackberry and blackcurrant. The palate is rich, slightly tannic and of beautiful freshness. It is a pure, digestible and harmonious wine that we particularly appreciate in this ready-to-drink style. A very nice bottle to be appreciated over a decade or so, with roast poultry or braised veal breast, rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, aged for 12 months in barrels (from new to 4 wines).

Color:

Dark and intense red with carmine shades.

Nose:

Aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant

Palate:

Fresh and tannic, this wine is pure, digestible and harmonious

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Lamb chops with Provence herbs, free-range guinea fowl or roast duck with melting potatoes.
