Wine:

From 60-year-old vines, the 2022 Menetou-Salon Les Cris Red offers a beautifully concentrated expression of Pinot Noir, lifted by the fresh, signature style of the Loire Valley. Its chalky minerality brings depth and precision, making it a refined, food-friendly wine with the potential to age gracefully over the next few years.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, wine left to ferment for 3 to 5 weeks in wooden vats, natural fermentation, direct blend of free-run juice and press juice, aged in wooden vats (50%) and 400L barrels (50%).
