Wine:

The pure white 2022 Sancerre Blanc La Terre des Anges from Domaine Laporte opens with refreshing menthol and floral notes. The precise, invigorating, acidic structure continues this register of finesse, with a fresh, non-woody aftertaste, marked by crisp fruit. This is an ideal white for goat's cheese, oysters and delicately spiced cuisine. A must at this price level.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, pneumatic pressure, settling at low temperature. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, aged on fine lees for 9 months.

Organic wine, certified.

Color:

Bright pale yellow.

Nose:

Very pure, marked by sauvignon, fresh minty and floral notes.

Palate:

This wine with its acidic, precise and invigorating texture reveals a beautiful fresh aftertaste with no woody aspect.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
