Wine:

Made from 2.5 hectares of the family vineyard and the young vines of the famous Clos des Mouches, the 2020 white Côte de Beaune takes up the codes of its elder brother. On this first-rate clay-limestone terroir, with light soil, the chardonnay expresses a rare finesse. Biodynamic viticulture and a measured aging in barrels, with 20% new oak, contribute to its delicacy and purity of expression. It is a pure delight of ripe fruit, ample and complex, with a touch of citrus fruits which, with ageing, will evolve towards grilled hazelnut. Taste this magnificent white wine without delay or keep it for a few more years in a cellar.

Hand harvested, aged in oak barrels, 20% of which are new, for 12 months.

Organic and Biodynamic wine, certified.

Honeyed scents mixed with notes of lemongrass and almond.

Pure and delicate, let yourself be carried away by the elegance of its aging and its exceptional finesse.
