Artfully highlighting the profile of these limestone terroirs, the 2021 white Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru Pouilly displays its vibrancy and minerality. The fresh nose, with notes of yellow fruit, citrus, almond and custard, is pure enchantment. The palate is full and generous, full-bodied and precise, masterfully surrounded by saline and mineral touches that lengthen the finish. A bottle that will age well for another 6 to 8 years.
