Scottish Master of Wine Norrel Robertson—nicknamed *El Escocés Volante*—founded this small estate in the rugged hills of Aragón. A top-tier winemaker, he sources grapes from tiny, high-altitude plots tucked away in the mountains, working with seriously old vines. Over time, the range has grown to include parcel-specific wines, some made without any added sulphites.
