Vinification:

Hand harvested from vines located at an altitude of 300 meters. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees in concrete tanks.

Intense and bright red with carmine highlights.

Nose:

Rich and sunny with beautiful aromas of red and black fruits, cherries and raspberries, underlined by subtle notes of peony and lightly smoked thanks to the syrah.
