The 2019 red Barolo Del Comune di Verduno is marked by its unique floral notes; this increasingly sought-after and popularized sector of Verduno indeed presents a distinct finesse and magical grace. A very special cuvée that never tires, which, in the 2019 vintage, achieves an even greater brilliance. Masterfully crafted and very delicate, the wine displays a renewed tannic substance, supported by a sensitive aromatic profile. A top-tier Barolo, tremendously flourishing and alluring. Rated 95/100 by Parker.

Vinification:

Hand-picked in October. Fermentation and maceration in temperature-controlled vats for 25 to 30 days. Aged for 3 years in French and Slovenian oak barrels. Bottled in the 4th year following harvest.

Intense, brilliant ruby red.

Nose:

Wrapped in perfectly ripe red and black fruit aromas, underlined by floral notes.

Palate:

Delicate and velvety, the palate is juicy with soft, melting tannins and delicate fruity flavors accented by a hint of licorice on the finish.

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
