Wine:

The 2024 IGP Val de Loire Rosa Red is a charming spring wine, offering a juicy, delightful profile with beautiful notes of strawberry and raspberry, complemented by hints of rose and dried peony. Elegant and smooth, its fine texture reveals soft, velvety tannins that caress the palate. A beautifully infused red, full of finesse, perfect with poultry or white meat.

Vinification:

Hand harvested grapes. Whole grapes are vinified for the Grolleau, while the Cabernet Franc is destemmed. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats.

Intense, bright red.

Nose:

A nose combining graphite and floral notes of rose, peony, and fragrant strawberry.

Palate:

A thirst-quenching wine with delicate tannins, appreciated for its delicious character and delicate, infused fruit flavors.
