Wine:

The 2019 Red Ribeira Sacra Camino Real is reminiscent of the spice and fine, silky character of a very fine Syrah. The very pure nose, with floral and cherry notes are immediately seductive. The juicy palate and the silky tannins prolong this infused and charming register. The vines are over 50 years old, the freshness of the altitude and the maturation in large containers ensure the depth and the unique character of this explosive and vibrant wine, of an incredible finesse. The best quality-price of the whole appellation, that is already ready to drink.  Rated 94+/100 by Parker.

Vinification:

Hand harvested in crates. Traditional vinification, maceration during 45 days then vinified in truncated wooden vats. Aged between 10 months and 1 year in French oak barrels of 500 liters and wooden vats of 5000 liters.

Color:

Ruby red with carmine highlights.

Nose:

Fine and pure with beautiful aromas of cherries and intense red fruits.

Palate:

Delicious and rich, this wine offers flavors of juicy red fruits on a velvety tannin; a pleasant wine that we appreciate for its warmth and smoothness.

Temperature:

Serve at 16 to 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

On its own or with artisanal cold cuts, grilled meats, cheese platter ...

From now until 2026
