Wine:

The 2019 White Côtes-du-Rhône is a white wine of tension and freshness, marked by beautiful notes of apricot brought by the roussanne grape variety. The palate is ample and dense, with a sapid and refreshing finish. It is the perfect white wine to serve as an aperitif, or to accompany fried fish or a terrine.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Color:

Pale and bright golden yellow.

Nose:

Notes of apricot mixed with touches of white fruits.

Palate:

Smooth and dense with vibrant flavors of fruit, this wine with a dynamic profile delivers a chiseled palate with a fresh and sapid finish.
