Wine:

Originating from a volcanic terroir and vines around fifty years old, the 2021 white Soave Foscarino presents a very fine juice with notes of citrus, delicate honey, and acacia, on a beautifully mature grape. With a profile that is both supple and vibrant, this wine offers body, richness, and substance, with a mineral backbone that stretches and extends its freshness. A Committee favorite rated 94/100.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Traditional vinification. Aged in barrels having already contained different vintages.

Color:

Bright, clear, straw-gold yellow.

Nose:

Beautifully ripe grapes from the first nose, with honey and acacia aromas underlined by floral notes.

Palate:

Full-bodied and elegant, with a full-bodied juice and delicately mineral texture thanks to volcanic soils. This cuvée has a concentrated, ripe profile, with a fresh finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
