Crafted predominantly from 90% Sangiovese, the 2020 Red IGT Toscana Shape of My Heart captivates effortlessly. The enticing aroma of stone fruits and spices, minimally influenced by aging, maintains a warm allure. This is perfectly complemented by a hint of graphite freshness from the Cabernet. The palate is refined and easy-going, revealing a delicate, refreshing essence and praiseworthy gentle tannins. This delightful wine beckons to be enjoyed without hesitation. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.

Vinification:

Harvested by hand. Aged 4 months in barrels.

Vineyard managed according to the principles of Organic Agriculture, without certification.

Color:

Brilliant dark red with carmine highlights.

Nose:

Aromas of stone fruits mixed with fine spicy notes express warmth and power.

Palate:

Fine and easy to digest, this cuvée offers a salivating frame, a fine juice with little extract, hailed for its freshness and silky tannins.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.

In the heart of Tuscany, near Florence, Tenuta Il Palagio has been the haven for singer Sting and his wife Trudie for over 20 years. Nestled within Chianti, this stunning 26-hectare vineyard, cultivated organically, pulses with the rhythm of Italy. On this sun-drenched land, Sangiovese reigns supreme. We wanted to collaborate to craft a distinctive cuvée, a wine that, through its aromas and flavors, breathes the essence of Tuscany.
