Wine:

Born on sandy and granite terroirs, the 2021 Red Syrah IGP Collines Rhodaniennes has a ripe palate and supple, silky tannins. It is an easy and cheerful Syrah, with fresh and abundant flavors of fruit, already ready to drink. It can be decanted beforehand and served with cured meats or grilled white meat. Happiness in all seasons!

Vinification:

Hand harvested, totally destemmed, aged for 12 months in barrels.

Color:

Red of beautiful intensity with purple reflections.

Nose:

Abundant red and black fruit aromas.

Palate:

Silky and sapid, this wine with soft and smooth tannins has abundant flavors of fruits.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Charcuterie platter, grilled meats.
