Produced in small batches using a unique distillation process, the Acrobate Gin is an organic and artisanal French gin that is completely unique in the world. Crafted from spirulina, an emerald seaweed with recognized medicinal virtues, it delivers aromas of citrus fruits, yuzu and tangerine, mixed with notes of spices, cinnamon, ginger and pepper, as well as juniper berry. The spirulina infusion adds a fresh and iodized touch to the opulent bouquet of exotic fruits and citrus flavors. Tasted as a Gin Tonic, it reveals a perfect balance that makes it one of our favorite drinks of the summer!

Original and unique recipe based on juniper berry, coriander, yuzu, Timur berry, mandarin, cinnamon, spirulina, wheat alcohol, water. Distilled from French wheat in small batches. Unprecedented distillation procedure and therefore kept secret. Bottle made to measure, distinctive spirulina color.

Nose:

Magnified by citrus aromas clearly reminiscent of yuzu and tangerine mixed with scents of spices, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper, juniper berry and a touch of spirulina that gives it an unparalleled originality.

Palate:

Taste it as a strawberry/basilic gin and tonic with fever tree, and it will reveal its perfect balance of flavors between freshness and fruit. The spirulina infusion adds a fresh and iodized touch to the opulent bouquet of exotic fruits and citrus.

Temperature:

Serve over ice or slightly chilled.

with a very good fresh tonic or in a cocktail.

Respectively former Havana Club owner and Bordeaux merchant, Alexandre Sirech and Jean Moueix combined their talents in 2013 to initially produce the first 100% French whiskies.
