Wine:

The 2017 Red Corton-Perrières Grand Cru is a deep and perfumed pinot noir wine with a lot of finesse. It is a very great Perrières, which offers all the innate depth of this grand cru: a magical, sensual, and bright wine built to withstand long years of aging. A wine rated 96/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, totally destemmed. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 40% of which are new.

Dark and bright red.

Nose:

Fragrances of black cherries with by notes of elderberry.

Palate:

Sapid and deep, this wine has a concentrated and structured palate.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
