Wine:

The Blanc Ice Impérial Champagne is a semi-dry wine specially designed to be served on ice or in cocktails. This is why it is distinguished by its fruity intensity (tropical fruits and ripe stone fruits), its generosity and its freshness with touches of citrus and ginger. An explosion of sweet and fruity flavors to be enjoyed chilled over ice with a dash of Aperol and a touch of grapefruit bitters.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Composed of Pinot Noir (40 to 50%), Pinot Meunier (30 to 40%), Chardonnay (10% to 20%) and 20 to 30% of reserve wines.

Dosage : 45 g/l.

Color:

Deep gold with amber hues.

Nose:

Intense and fruity with flavors of tropical fruits, ripe stone fruits accompanied by notes of sweet spices, vegetal and red fruits.

Palate:

Ample and full-bodied, this Champagne reveals fruity and sweet flavors with a hint of acidity brought by a refreshing finish on notes of grapefruit, ginger and quinine.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Served on the rocks, it can be harmoniously complemented with "fresh" ingredients that enhance the final freshness. We recommend a few mint leaves, lime or white grapefruit peel, or a few cardamom seeds.

Cellar aging:

From now on

Moët & Chandon, the flagship Champagne house founded in Epernay in 1743, is today the largest producer of Champagne wines, notably thanks to its brut Impérial champagne, which represents the bulk of its production.

With the assurance of selected supplies and ultra-modern winemaking techniques led by the excellent cellar master Benoît Gouez, the House continues to please the world with creamy champagnes of great aromatic precision, with toasty and lemony notes.
