Wine:

Fresh and precise, the 2021 White Chablis does not deny its terroir! The wine is full of limestone-like aromas, with a fresh, chiseled, very pure structure, which will develop beautifully over time. An amazingly well-balanced white wine to be savored at the beginning of the meal with gougères or raw fish, or more simply with a cheese platter.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, vinified in stainless steel tanks, aged for 8 months for 10 to 20% of the harvest in oak barrels and in stainless steel tanks for the rest.

Color:

Bright light gold.

Nose:

Very typical Chablisian, fresh, precise and with a fine shell.

Palate:

Fresh and tense, this bottle offers a palate with a chiseled frame and great purity.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Gougères, raw fish, minced poultry with sweet mustard, cheese platter.
