The 2022 Côtes de Provence Fantastique Rosé embodies the quintessence of the La Londe terroir and expert craftsmanship. It's an organic and vegan rosé, made from the best parcels of the vineyard. Precise, pure, and delicately fruity, it captivates with its aromas of vine peach, Granny Smith apple, and citrus, coupled with a beautiful tension. The very fresh, crisp palate flows naturally and lightly, with a hint of tart raspberry. An essential rosé for aperitifs.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, cold skin maceration before pressing. Thermoregulated vinification and selection of the best vats. Maturation in vats on fine lees. Fining and filtration before bottling.

Very pale rosé with light copper/orange reflections.

Nose:

Delicate, fresh and pure with a touch of granny apple, vine peach and citrus.

Palate:

This wine reveals a light, crisp rosé with a nice tension in the palate through flavors of tart raspberry candy.
