Vinification:

Mechanical harvest at night. De-stemming, crushing then direct pressing, fermentation and stabilization in stainless steel vats.

Certified organic wine.

Color:

Pale rosé with coppery highlights.

Nose:

Pure and fresh, with floral fragrances and rose notes.

Palate:

Stylish and delicate, this wine is light and fine. A well-balanced rosé, ready to enjoy!

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
