Wine:

The 2021 red Moulin-à-Vent Tradition is a blend of several of the estate's plots, aged in foudres, with lovely notes of fresh red fruit (strawberry, morello cherry) and pepper. The dense, full-bodied palate, still driven by abundant and radiant flavors of fruit and crisp tannins, combines finesse and elegance with a tangy finish. Enjoyable in its youth, this wine can also be comfortably preserved.

Vinification:

Hand-harvested, malolactic fermentation carried out after alcoholic fermentation.
Aged in old oak tuns for 10 months.

Color:

Deep, intense red with carmine highlights.

Nose:

Aromas of red fruit, morello cherry and strawberry mixed with peppery notes.

Palate:

Dense and full-bodied, this wine is fruity, fine and elegant, with crisp tannins and a tangy finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Refined cuisine, red meats, confit of seven-hour lamb, duck breast with cherries.

From now until 2028.
