Wine:

The Champagne Brut Réserve is a rich and savory wine, with intense aromas of toast, cereals, dried fruit, and hazelnut. The bubble is delicate, merging perfectly with a creamy yet energetic texture. There is an incredible finesse to this wine, an exemplary cuvée of great style and precision! An absolute must-have rated 16/20 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, soft and slow pressing. Alcoholic fermentation carried out at low temperature. Separate vinification of the grape varieties before the final blending. Aging in the cellars of the house located at 33 meters deep. Dosage : 8g/l

Aromas of dried fruit and hazelnut with hints of toast and cereal.

Palate:

Rich and savory with present notes of fruits, this incredible champagne has a delicate and fine bubble and a creamy texture, for a wine of great class and style.
