With a nice proportion of Merlot that brings suavity and suppleness, the 2017 Pauillac Les Tourelles de Longueville forms a palette of beautiful measure, carried by an acidic line and an airy texture. It is a delicacy, a complete and accessible wine that, on this classic and suave vintage, will already pair perfectly with a veal chop au jus or a roasted poultry.Vinification:
