The 2020 White Ventoux wine Montis Ventosi performs brilliantly at an altitude of 300 meters in a cool, late season climate that protects against excessive heat. Dominated by clairette and white grenache grapes, this wine is fresh and delicious, with notes of citrus and white flowers. This is a very accessible white wine, slightly salty, with a very good balance, that will be ideal as an aperitif or at the table paired with cheese, baked fish or leek quiche.
