Its fine structure, bursting with freshness, displays tension and precision in a remarkable balance. A very fine white wine, ready to be enjoyed today as an aperitif or with a meal, and can still be kept for another five years. The Committee's favorite, rated 92/100.

A discreet address undergoing a renaissance, Domaine Régis Jouan is nestled on the flint and white soils of Sancerre. Spanning approximately 4 hectares of vines, plus an additional hectare in Menetou-Salon, all farmed organically, the estate crafts straightforward and precise cuvées. These are primarily sold for export and produced in small quantities.
