Wine:

Forged by time and a unique chalky terroir in the world, the 2015 white  Cristal Champagne perfectly embodies the continental trend of the decade: the 2015 vintage has more than ever produced ripe and structured wines, crowned with an insolent freshness guided by these white soils. It now reveals itself in eternal youth, with pure fruit, superior finesse, phenomenal minerality, and a refined length on the palate. On the nose, it first offers echoes of yellow fruits, roasted almonds, and the chardonnay's harvest, combined with the red and juicy fruits of pinot noir. Then comes the great energy of the structure, its vibrational intensity that turns into a gentle caress, a silky texture with hints of candied citrus and iodized spices. The limestone character of the vintage emerges in a tonic, vertical effervescence with persistent, precise, and chiseled freshness. Cristal owes this fidelity to the soil to its permanence; it is a wine that fits into a duration, that of seasons, maturation, transmission, and research. Cristal 2015 is an anthology bottle, with a unique identity in the history of great Champagne wines. Rated 95+/100 by Parker and 97/100 by James Suckling. In Magnum format, conviviality - and aging - are inevitably multiplied and almost eternal!
