Raul Perez is one of the most recognized figures in Spain's young wine industry. His rare and sought-after wines have conquered the wine world for their accuracy, precision and originality, forged from local grape varieties cultivated in territories that were previously little explored.

At the head of the Bierzo revival, in the northwest of Spain in the province of Leon, he varies his supplies in an original approach, a source of delight and amazement, selecting ancient varieties to forge unique wines, produced in limited quantities.

A true mentor, he also excels in his own vineyards. Near his home in the village of Valtuille de Abajo in the Bierzo region, Raul Perez produces a collection of wines from very old vines.
