Wine:

The Blanc de Blancs Ruinart Champagne is, without doubt, one of the most famous Chardonnay wines in Champagne today. It is distinguished by its elegance, its delicate notes of white fruits, citrus, and spices, with a creamy and pastry touch. The structure is fresh, vibrant, and of great purity, with a perfectly ripe character. This pure Chardonnay, with a mineral finish, is a great Champagne wine, particularly suitable for aperitif or summer starters. Unforgettable.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, complete malolactic fermentation. Blend of 25 to 30 vintages and composed of 20 to 30% of reserve wine. Aged for 2 to 3 years.
Dosage : 7g/l.

Color:

Pale yellow with almond green and jade shades.

Nose:

Intense aromas of fresh fruit including citrus, juicy pear and peach. Then, floral scents such as magnolia mix with spicy notes of ginger and pink berries.

Palate:

Round and tense, this wine has a singular and harmonious texture and reveals a beautiful freshness in the palate through ripe flavors of citrus and exotic fruits. The finish is long and delicate with a mineral touch.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Aperitif, avocado toast, sea bass carpaccio with citrus fruits and crunchy vegetables, seafood, shellfish, sole à la plancha.
